The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

जीवन्मुक्तशरीराणां कथमात्मविदां वर ।
शक्तयो नेह दृश्यन्ते आकाशगमनादिकाः ॥ ९ ॥

śaktayo neha dṛśyante ākāśagamanādikāḥ || 9 ||

Tell me Sir, that art best acquainted with spiritual knowledge, why the bodies of living liberated persons, are not to be seen to mount to the skies.
