The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.14.4

कः कुष्ठघर्घरघ्राणं नानामोदविचारणे ।
मूर्खमात्मोपदेशेन प्रमाणीकुरुतेऽमतिः ॥ ४ ॥

kaḥ kuṣṭhaghargharaghrāṇaṃ nānāmodavicāraṇe |
mūrkhamātmopadeśena pramāṇīkurute'matiḥ || 4 ||

There is no such fool that would present fragrant odours to one, whose nostrils are snorting under some nasal disease (pinasa. Polypus), nor so great a dolt, that would consult an ignorant man on spiritual matters.
