The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

स एव सर्वजगति सर्वत्र कचति स्फुटम् ।
यदा जगत्त्समुद्गेऽस्मिंस्तदासौ परमो मणिः ॥ ३४ ॥

sa eva sarvajagati sarvatra kacati sphuṭam |
yadā jagattsamudge'smiṃstadāsau paramo maṇiḥ || 34 ||

It is that Spirit which manifests itself in every thing in all these worlds; but it shines as the brightest gem, when all the worlds are compressed in it.
