पलाय्य गच्छति प्रज्ञा सपत्न्येवाहताङ्गना ॥ ५ ॥

palāyya gacchati prajñā sapatnyevāhatāṅganā || 5 ||
Old age drives a man's good sense, as a good wife is driven away by her step dame.
