Rig Veda 10.85.17

सू॒र्यायै॑ दे॒वेभ्यो॑ मि॒त्राय॒ वरु॑णाय च । ये भू॒तस्य॒ प्रचे॑तस इ॒दं तेभ्यो॑ऽकरं॒ नम॑: ॥
सूर्यायै देवेभ्यो मित्राय वरुणाय च । ये भूतस्य प्रचेतस इदं तेभ्योऽकरं नमः ॥
sūryāyai devebhyo mitrāya varuṇāya ca | ye bhūtasya pracetasa idaṃ tebhyo 'karaṃ namaḥ ||

English translation:

“I offer this adoration to Sūrya, to the gods, to Mitra and Varuṇa, (and to all those) who areconsiderate to created beings.”
