Rig Veda 2.40.2

इ॒मौ दे॒वौ जाय॑मानौ जुषन्ते॒मौ तमां॑सि गूहता॒मजु॑ष्टा । आ॒भ्यामिन्द्र॑: प॒क्वमा॒मास्व॒न्तः सो॑मापू॒षभ्यां॑ जनदु॒स्रिया॑सु ॥
इमौ देवौ जायमानौ जुषन्तेमौ तमांसि गूहतामजुष्टा । आभ्यामिन्द्रः पक्वमामास्वन्तः सोमापूषभ्यां जनदुस्रियासु ॥
imau devau jāyamānau juṣantemau tamāṃsi gūhatām ajuṣṭā | ābhyām indraḥ pakvam āmāsv antaḥ somāpūṣabhyāṃ janad usriyāsu ||

English translation:

“(The gods) propitiate these two divinities at the moment of the ir birth, for they drive away the disagreeable glooms; with these two, Soma and Pūṣaṇ, Indra genitive rates the mature (milk) in the immature heifers.”

The mature milk: i.e. the rain inthe clouds
