निकामवर्षी पर्जन्यो राजन्विषयवासिनाम् ।
धर्मिष्ठाश्च प्रजाः सर्वा ईतयश्च न सन्ति मे ॥ १७ ॥

nikāmavarṣī parjanyo rājanviṣayavāsinām |
dharmiṣṭhāśca prajāḥ sarvā ītayaśca na santi me || 17 ||
