The Garga-samhita Verse 5.16.19, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 5 of Chapter 16 (Comforting Sri Radha and the Gopis) of Canto 5 (mathura-khanda).

चग्खचुद च हरिन-नितम् चुद-मनिम् चुभम् चन्द्रनन ददौ तस्मै उद्धवय विदेह-रत्

cagkhacuda ca harina-nitam cuda-manim cubham candranana dadau tasmai uddhavaya videha-rat

cagkhacuda—the crest-jewel; ca—and; harinaby Krsna; anitam—brought; cuda-manim—the crest jewel; cubham—beautiful; candrananamoon-faced; dadau—gave; tasmai—to him; uddhavaya—Uddhava; videha-rat—O king of Videha.

English translation of verse 5.16.19:

O king of Videha, then moon-faced Radha gave to Uddhava the beautiful crest-jewel Lord Krsna took from Sagkhacuda.
