The Garga-samhita Verse 5.5.1, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. श्री-नारद उवाच
हरिर् अक्रूर-रामाभ्यां
मथुरोपवनं गतः
यमुना-निकटं स्थित्वा
वरि पीत्वा रथं ययौ

śrī-nārada uvāca
harir akrūra-rāmābhyāṃ
mathuropavanaṃ gataḥ
yamunā-nikaṭaṃ sthitvā
vari pītvā rathaṃ yayau

śrī-nārada uvāca; hariḥŚrī Nārada said; akrūra-rāmābhyām—with Akrūra and Balarāma; mathuropavanam—to the graden of Mathurā; gataḥ—wnet; yamunā-nikaṭam—near the Yamunā; sthitvā—staying; varithe water; pītvādrinking; ratham—to the chariot; yayau—went.

English translation of verse 5.5.1:

Śrī Nārada said: Accompanied by Balarāma and Akrūra, Kṛṣṇa went to Mathurā's gardens by the Yamunā's shore, drank some water, and returned to the chariot.
