बलात् पश्चिम-पादाभ्यां
वीरान् अश्वान् इतस् ततः
पातयाम् आस राजेन्द्र
केशी दैत्याधिपो बली
balāt paścima-pādābhyāṃ
vīrān aśvān itas tataḥ
pātayām āsa rājendra
keśī daityādhipo balī
balāt—forcibly; paścima-pādābhyām—with its hind legs; vīrān—heroic; aśvān—horses; itaḥ—here; tataḥ—and there; pātayām āsa—throwing down; rājendra—O king of kings; keśī—Kesi; daityādhipaḥ—the king of demons; balī—powerful.
English translation of verse 4.14.29:
O king of kings, kicking them with its hind legs, the great demon Keśī threw many powerful horses to the ground.
