मनोरथस् ते स-फलो ऽत्र भूयाद्
बुद्धीन्द्रियैश् चित्त-मनोभिर् अग्रतः
सदानुकूलत्वम् अलं पतेः परं
सौभाग्यम् एवं परिकीर्तनीयम्
manorathas te sa-phalo 'tra bhūyād
buddhīndriyaiś citta-manobhir agrataḥ
sadānukūlatvam alaṃ pateḥ paraṃ
saubhāgyam evaṃ parikīrtanīyam
manorathaḥ—the desire; te—of You; sa-phalaḥ—fulfilled; atra—here; bhūyāt—will be; buddhi—by the intelligence; indriyaiḥ—and senses; citta-manobhiḥ—by the heart and mind; agrataḥ—in the presence; sadā—always; anukūlatvam—love; alam—great; pateḥ—of the Lord; param—great; saubhāgyam—good fortune; evam—thus; parikīrtanīyam—should be said.
English translation of verse 2.16.36:
The desire that fills Your heart, mind, intelligence, and senses, will be attained.
Lord Kṛṣṇa will be kind to You. You are very fortunate.
