The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

न च रोधयितुं देहं न समर्थो दिनेश्वरः ।
निरिच्छ एव निर्वाणस्तथाप्यास्ते यथास्थितम् ॥ ५५ ॥

na ca rodhayituṃ dehaṃ na samartho dineśvaraḥ |
niriccha eva nirvāṇastathāpyāste yathāsthitam || 55 ||

The lord of the day, is not able to restrain his body, from its apparent course; though he is seated in his nirvana as he is, without any desire of changing his place.
