The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

गच्छन्शृण्वन्स्पृशञ्जिघ्रंस्तिष्ठञ्जाग्रत्स्वपंस्तथा ।
श्रेयसे परमायास्य त्रयस्याभ्यासवान्भव ॥ २४ ॥

gacchanśṛṇvanspṛśañjighraṃstiṣṭhañjāgratsvapaṃstathā |
śreyase paramāyāsya trayasyābhyāsavānbhava || 24 ||

Continue to practice these at all times of your life; whether when you sit quiet or move about; or talk or listen to another or when you are awake or asleep; and it will redound to your greatest good.
