The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

संविदः स्फुटतामन्तरायान्त्यज्ञानसंक्षये ।
संविदंशैकविश्रान्तं समग्रं सचराचरम् ॥ २३ ॥

saṃvidaḥ sphuṭatāmantarāyāntyajñānasaṃkṣaye |
saṃvidaṃśaikaviśrāntaṃ samagraṃ sacarācaram || 23 ||

The mind becomes conscious of the soul, after the dispersion of its ignorance; and then it views the whole world in its consciousness, as if it were situated in itself.
