कुर्वन्कुलजनायत्तो भर्तृश्वशुरखेदितः ॥ ८७ ॥

samagrasukhaduḥkhāḍhyaṃ vyavahāramakhaṇḍitam |
kurvankulajanāyatto bhartṛśvaśurakheditaḥ || 87 ||

As a domiciled woman who is subject to all domestic toils and privations, and is constantly employed in her household drudgeries, and subjected to maltreatment under the subjection of her husband and father-in-law:—
