The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

सारमेयपरीवारं विहरन्तं वनाद्वनम् ।
निघ्नन्तं मृगलक्षाणि पौलिन्दीं स्थितिमागतम् ॥ ७ ॥

sārameyaparīvāraṃ viharantaṃ vanādvanam |
nighnantaṃ mṛgalakṣāṇi paulindīṃ sthitimāgatam || 7 ||

Then accompanied by a pack of hounds, the lad roved from one forest to another, and continued to hunt after and kill the wild deer, in his occupation of a huntsman.
