The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

अथानन्ताः स्फुरन्त्येते जायमानाः सहस्रशः ।
नानाककुब्निकुञ्जेषु पादपेष्विव पल्लवाः ॥ ९ ॥

athānantāḥ sphurantyete jāyamānāḥ sahasraśaḥ |
nānākakubnikuñjeṣu pādapeṣviva pallavāḥ || 9 ||

Thousands and thousands of living beings, are incessantly produced from their common source, like the innumerable sprigs of forest trees, filling the woodland sky with their variegated foliage.
