The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

तत्रैव ध्यायती तस्थौ बद्धपद्मासनस्थितिः ।
व्यालम्ब्य संविदं शुद्धां संस्थिता गिरिकूटवत् ॥ ३ ॥

tatraiva dhyāyatī tasthau baddhapadmāsanasthitiḥ |
vyālambya saṃvidaṃ śuddhāṃ saṃsthitā girikūṭavat || 3 ||

There seated in her lotiform posture, she continued to reflect on her future course; and relying on the purity of her new life and faith, she remained fixed as a mountain peak.
