Rig Veda 10.173.6

ध्रु॒वं ध्रु॒वेण॑ ह॒विषा॒भि सोमं॑ मृशामसि । अथो॑ त॒ इन्द्र॒: केव॑ली॒र्विशो॑ बलि॒हृत॑स्करत् ॥
ध्रुवं ध्रुवेण हविषाभि सोमं मृशामसि । अथो त इन्द्रः केवलीर्विशो बलिहृतस्करत् ॥
dhruvaṃ dhruveṇa haviṣābhi somam mṛśāmasi | atho ta indraḥ kevalīr viśo balihṛtas karat ||

English translation:

“With a constant oblation we handle the constant Soma; therefore, may Indra render your subjectpeople their prayers.”
