ए॒वा ते॑ व॒यमि॑न्द्र भुञ्जती॒नां वि॒द्याम॑ सुमती॒नां नवा॑नाम् । वि॒द्याम॒ वस्तो॒रव॑सा गृ॒णन्तो॑ वि॒श्वामि॑त्रा उ॒त त॑ इन्द्र नू॒नम् ॥
एवा ते वयमिन्द्र भुञ्जतीनां विद्याम सुमतीनां नवानाम् । विद्याम वस्तोरवसा गृणन्तो विश्वामित्रा उत त इन्द्र नूनम् ॥
evā te vayam indra bhuñjatīnāṃ vidyāma sumatīnāṃ navānām | vidyāma vastor avasā gṛṇanto viśvāmitrā uta ta indra nūnam ||
English translation:
“May we, the descendants of Viśvāmitra, sincerely praising you, Indra,by day for your protection,obtain your protecting (favours), may we obtain your recent (favours).”
