श॒त्रू॒यन्तो॑ अ॒भि ये न॑स्तत॒स्रे महि॒ व्राध॑न्त ओग॒णास॑ इन्द्र । अ॒न्धेना॒मित्रा॒स्तम॑सा सचन्तां सुज्यो॒तिषो॑ अ॒क्तव॒स्ताँ अ॒भि ष्यु॑: ॥
शत्रूयन्तो अभि ये नस्ततस्रे महि व्राधन्त ओगणास इन्द्र । अन्धेनामित्रास्तमसा सचन्तां सुज्योतिषो अक्तवस्ताँ अभि ष्युः ॥
śatrūyanto abhi ye nas tatasre mahi vrādhanta ogaṇāsa indra | andhenāmitrās tamasā sacantāṃ sujyotiṣo aktavas tām̐ abhi ṣyuḥ ||

English translation:

“May those adversaries, Indra, who press upon us, fiercely opposing us, and assembled in numbers,be overwhelmed with thick darkness, and may the bright (days) and nights overpower them. hymn you, and disregarding all other worshippers, come to us with your protection.”
