अ॒हं होता॒ न्य॑सीदं॒ यजी॑या॒न्विश्वे॑ दे॒वा म॒रुतो॑ मा जुनन्ति । अह॑रहरश्वि॒नाध्व॑र्यवं वां ब्र॒ह्मा स॒मिद्भ॑वति॒ साहु॑तिर्वाम् ॥
अहं होता न्यसीदं यजीयान्विश्वे देवा मरुतो मा जुनन्ति । अहरहरश्विनाध्वर्यवं वां ब्रह्मा समिद्भवति साहुतिर्वाम् ॥
ahaṃ hotā ny asīdaṃ yajīyān viśve devā maruto mā junanti | ahar-ahar aśvinādhvaryavaṃ vām brahmā samid bhavati sāhutir vām ||

English translation:

“Best entitled to the sacrifice, I have sat down as the Hotā; all the divine Maruts urge me( to bear theoblation); the office of the Adhvaryu is to be discharged daily, Aśvins, by you; let the moon be the brahman, andlet it be also your oblation.”

The moon: samidh = fuel; or, the moon, identical with Soma, which is the oblation;three chief priests are present: agni is the hotā, aśvins the adhvaryu, and soma the brahmā
