चक्रि॑र्दि॒वः प॑वते॒ कृत्व्यो॒ रसो॑ म॒हाँ अद॑ब्धो॒ वरु॑णो हु॒रुग्य॒ते । असा॑वि मि॒त्रो वृ॒जने॑षु य॒ज्ञियोऽत्यो॒ न यू॒थे वृ॑ष॒युः कनि॑क्रदत् ॥
चक्रिर्दिवः पवते कृत्व्यो रसो महाँ अदब्धो वरुणो हुरुग्यते । असावि मित्रो वृजनेषु यज्ञियोऽत्यो न यूथे वृषयुः कनिक्रदत् ॥
cakrir divaḥ pavate kṛtvyo raso mahām̐ adabdho varuṇo hurug yate | asāvi mitro vṛjaneṣu yajñiyo 'tyo na yūthe vṛṣayuḥ kanikradat ||

English translation:

“The maker of all, clever in work, the juice, mighty unassailable Varuṇa flows from heaven for the sake of him who go hither and thither; the friend of the adorable (Soma) is effused in affliction uttering a sound like an ardent horse amidst a herd (of mares). [”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

The maker of all, clever in work, the juice, mighty unassailable Varuṇa flows from heaven for the sake of him who go hither and thither; the friend of the adorable (Soma) is effused in affliction uttering a sound like an ardent horse amidst a herd (of mares). [
