Rig Veda 9.70.3

ते अ॑स्य सन्तु के॒तवोऽमृ॑त्य॒वोऽदा॑भ्यासो ज॒नुषी॑ उ॒भे अनु॑ । येभि॑र्नृ॒म्णा च॑ दे॒व्या॑ च पुन॒त आदिद्राजा॑नं म॒नना॑ अगृभ्णत ॥
ते अस्य सन्तु केतवोऽमृत्यवोऽदाभ्यासो जनुषी उभे अनु । येभिर्नृम्णा च देव्या च पुनत आदिद्राजानं मनना अगृभ्णत ॥
te asya santu ketavo 'mṛtyavo 'dābhyāso januṣī ubhe anu | yebhir nṛmṇā ca devyā ca punata ād id rājānam mananā agṛbhṇata ||

English translation:

“May those his immortal, inviolable rays protect both classes of beings, wherewith he stimulates human (strength) and divine (food); thereupon praises reach the royal (Soma).”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Both classes of beings: the movable and stationary or animate and inanimate creation; or, men and gods; 'the Soma fertilizes the plural nts at the sacrifice, and streams of men flow forth', the plural nts being part of the stationary (sthāvara) creation, and men belonging to the movable (jaṅgama)
