Rig Veda 9.62.26

त्वं स॑मु॒द्रिया॑ अ॒पो॑ऽग्रि॒यो वाच॑ ई॒रय॑न् । पव॑स्व विश्वमेजय ॥
त्वं समुद्रिया अपोऽग्रियो वाच ईरयन् । पवस्व विश्वमेजय ॥
tvaṃ samudriyā apo 'griyo vāca īrayan | pavasva viśvamejaya ||

English translation:

“Agitator of all, do you who are the most excellent raising your voice, pour forth the waters of the firmament.”
