तुभ्ये॒मा भुव॑ना कवे महि॒म्ने सो॑म तस्थिरे । तुभ्य॑मर्षन्ति॒ सिन्ध॑वः ॥
तुभ्येमा भुवना कवे महिम्ने सोम तस्थिरे । तुभ्यमर्षन्ति सिन्धवः ॥
tubhyemā bhuvanā kave mahimne soma tasthire | tubhyam arṣanti sindhavaḥ ||
English translation:
“O sage (Soma) in your might do these worlds stand; to you the rivers hasten.”

I.e. these worlds honour you; the rivers observe your bidding
