य उ॒क्थेभि॒र्न वि॒न्धते॑ चि॒किद्य ऋ॑षि॒चोद॑नः । इन्द्रं॒ तमच्छा॑ वद॒ नव्य॑स्या म॒त्यरि॑ष्यन्तं॒ न भोज॑से ॥
य उक्थेभिर्न विन्धते चिकिद्य ऋषिचोदनः । इन्द्रं तमच्छा वद नव्यस्या मत्यरिष्यन्तं न भोजसे ॥
ya ukthebhir na vindhate cikid ya ṛṣicodanaḥ | indraṃ tam acchā vada navyasyā maty ariṣyantaṃ na bhojase ||
English translation:
“Sing that Indra with the new hymn who has no lack of praises, who is wise and the inspirer of seers,who is as it were eager to enjoy.”
