Rig Veda 8.25.18

परि॒ यो र॒श्मिना॑ दि॒वोऽन्ता॑न्म॒मे पृ॑थि॒व्याः । उ॒भे आ प॑प्रौ॒ रोद॑सी महि॒त्वा ॥
परि यो रश्मिना दिवोऽन्तान्ममे पृथिव्याः । उभे आ पप्रौ रोदसी महित्वा ॥
pari yo raśminā divo 'ntān mame pṛthivyāḥ | ubhe ā paprau rodasī mahitvā ||

English translation:

“(Mitra is he) who has measured with his rays the limits of both heaven and earth; who has filled bothheaven and earth with his greatness.”
