किम॒ङ्ग त्वा॒ ब्रह्म॑णः सोम गो॒पां किम॒ङ्ग त्वा॑हुरभिशस्ति॒पां न॑: । किम॒ङ्ग न॑: पश्यसि नि॒द्यमा॑नान्ब्रह्म॒द्विषे॒ तपु॑षिं हे॒तिम॑स्य ॥
किमङ्ग त्वा ब्रह्मणः सोम गोपां किमङ्ग त्वाहुरभिशस्तिपां नः । किमङ्ग नः पश्यसि निद्यमानान्ब्रह्मद्विषे तपुषिं हेतिमस्य ॥
kim aṅga tvā brahmaṇaḥ soma gopāṃ kim aṅga tvāhur abhiśastipāṃ naḥ | kim aṅga naḥ paśyasi nidyamānān brahmadviṣe tapuṣiṃ hetim asya ||

English translation:

“Why have they called you, Soma, the protector of pious prayer? Why (have they called you) our defender against calumny? Why do you behold us subjected to reproach? Cast your destroying weapon upon the adversary of the brahman.”
