Sanskrit text [Accents, Plain, Transliterated]:
यदि॑न्द्र॒ सर्गे॒ अर्व॑तश्चो॒दया॑से महाध॒ने । अ॒स॒म॒ने अध्व॑नि वृजि॒ने प॒थि श्ये॒नाँ इ॑व श्रवस्य॒तः ॥
यदिन्द्र सर्गे अर्वतश्चोदयासे महाधने । असमने अध्वनि वृजिने पथि श्येनाँ इव श्रवस्यतः ॥
yad indra sarge arvataś codayāse mahādhane | asamane adhvani vṛjine pathi śyenām̐ iva śravasyataḥ ||
English translation:
“(At the time) when, in the effort (made) in an arduous conflict, you urge our horses over an uneven road, like falcons darting upon their food through the difficult path (of the firmament).”
