Rig Veda 6.18.6

स हि धी॒भिर्हव्यो॒ अस्त्यु॒ग्र ई॑शान॒कृन्म॑ह॒ति वृ॑त्र॒तूर्ये॑ । स तो॒कसा॑ता॒ तन॑ये॒ स व॒ज्री वि॑तन्त॒साय्यो॑ अभवत्स॒मत्सु॑ ॥
स हि धीभिर्हव्यो अस्त्युग्र ईशानकृन्महति वृत्रतूर्ये । स तोकसाता तनये स वज्री वितन्तसाय्यो अभवत्समत्सु ॥
sa hi dhībhir havyo asty ugra īśānakṛn mahati vṛtratūrye | sa tokasātā tanaye sa vajrī vitantasāyyo abhavat samatsu ||

English translation:

“Fierce Indra, maker of rules you are he who is to be invoked with praise in a great conflict; you are he (who is to be invoked) for sons and grandsons, he, the wielder of the thunderbolt, who is to be especially glorified in battles.”
