Rig Veda 5.30.12

भ॒द्रमि॒दं रु॒शमा॑ अग्ने अक्र॒न्गवां॑ च॒त्वारि॒ दद॑तः स॒हस्रा॑ । ऋ॒णं॒च॒यस्य॒ प्रय॑ता म॒घानि॒ प्रत्य॑ग्रभीष्म॒ नृत॑मस्य नृ॒णाम् ॥
भद्रमिदं रुशमा अग्ने अक्रन्गवां चत्वारि ददतः सहस्रा । ऋणंचयस्य प्रयता मघानि प्रत्यग्रभीष्म नृतमस्य नृणाम् ॥
bhadram idaṃ ruśamā agne akran gavāṃ catvāri dadataḥ sahasrā | ṛṇaṃcayasya prayatā maghāni praty agrabhīṣma nṛtamasya nṛṇām ||

English translation:

“The Suśamās giving me four thousand cows, Agni, have done well; we have accepted the wealth, the donation of the leader of leaders rṇañcaya.”

Ruśamās are a people of a country of the same name, the principality of ṛnañcaya
