के ते॑ अग्ने रि॒पवे॒ बन्ध॑नास॒: के पा॒यव॑: सनिषन्त द्यु॒मन्त॑: । के धा॒सिम॑ग्ने॒ अनृ॑तस्य पान्ति॒ क आस॑तो॒ वच॑सः सन्ति गो॒पाः ॥
के ते अग्ने रिपवे बन्धनासः के पायवः सनिषन्त द्युमन्तः । के धासिमग्ने अनृतस्य पान्ति क आसतो वचसः सन्ति गोपाः ॥
ke te agne ripave bandhanāsaḥ ke pāyavaḥ saniṣanta dyumantaḥ | ke dhāsim agne anṛtasya pānti ka āsato vacasaḥ santi gopāḥ ||
English translation:
“Who, Agni, among your (followers) are the imprisoners of foes? who among them are the protectors (of men) the splendid distributors of gifts? who among them defend the asserters of untruth? who are the encouragers of evil deeds?”

Who among them: The last are person ns not worshipping Agni; another rendering: who are they that confine their foes? who are they that preserve men from uttering untruth? who are they that vindicate people from calumny? they are, Agni, your worshippers
