Rig Veda 3.54.6

क॒विर्नृ॒चक्षा॑ अ॒भि षी॑मचष्ट ऋ॒तस्य॒ योना॒ विघृ॑ते॒ मद॑न्ती । नाना॑ चक्राते॒ सद॑नं॒ यथा॒ वेः स॑मा॒नेन॒ क्रतु॑ना संविदा॒ने ॥
कविर्नृचक्षा अभि षीमचष्ट ऋतस्य योना विघृते मदन्ती । नाना चक्राते सदनं यथा वेः समानेन क्रतुना संविदाने ॥
kavir nṛcakṣā abhi ṣīm acaṣṭa ṛtasya yonā vighṛte madantī | nānā cakrāte sadanaṃ yathā veḥ samānena kratunā saṃvidāne ||

English translation:

“The far-seeing beholder of mankind (the sun), surveys this heaven and earth, rejoicing when deficient in moisture in the womb of the waters (the firmament), both concurring in community (of function), although they occupy various dwellings, like the diversified nests of a bird.”
