Rig Veda 3.37.11

अ॒र्वा॒वतो॑ न॒ आ ग॒ह्यथो॑ शक्र परा॒वत॑: । उ॒ लो॒को यस्ते॑ अद्रिव॒ इन्द्रे॒ह तत॒ आ ग॑हि ॥
अर्वावतो न आ गह्यथो शक्र परावतः । उ लोको यस्ते अद्रिव इन्द्रेह तत आ गहि ॥
arvāvato na ā gahy atho śakra parāvataḥ | u loko yas te adriva indreha tata ā gahi ||

English translation:

“COme to us Śakra, whether from afar or nigh; whatever, Indra, wielder of the thunderbolt, be your region, come from thence hither.”
