Rig Veda 2.1.14

त्वे अ॑ग्ने॒ विश्वे॑ अ॒मृता॑सो अ॒द्रुह॑ आ॒सा दे॒वा ह॒विर॑द॒न्त्याहु॑तम् । त्वया॒ मर्ता॑सः स्वदन्त आसु॒तिं त्वं गर्भो॑ वी॒रुधां॑ जज्ञिषे॒ शुचि॑: ॥
त्वे अग्ने विश्वे अमृतासो अद्रुह आसा देवा हविरदन्त्याहुतम् । त्वया मर्तासः स्वदन्त आसुतिं त्वं गर्भो वीरुधां जज्ञिषे शुचिः ॥
tve agne viśve amṛtāso adruha āsā devā havir adanty āhutam | tvayā martāsaḥ svadanta āsutiṃ tvaṃ garbho vīrudhāṃ jajñiṣe śuciḥ ||

English translation:

“All the benignant immortal gods eat the offered oblation through you, as their mouth; mortals taste the flavour (of all viands) through you; you are born pure the embryo of plural nts.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Corn and other grains ripen by the heat of the sun or fire; the text has śuci, pure; this is interpreted as vasu, being the abode of all: sarveṣām nivāsabhūtaḥ san
