The Lakshminarayana Samhita verse 2.296.11 (Sanskrit text), including grammatical analysis, glossary and relevant print editions. The work is written in Puranic style and divided into four books according to the four Yugas. This is verse 11 of chapter 296 of Khanda 2 (treta-yuga-santana). आगन्तव्यं निजं मत्वा गृहं मां च कुटुम्बकम् ।
पुत्री च भवदीयेति मत्वा रक्ष्या हि मानद ॥ ११ ॥

putrī ca bhavadīyeti matvā rakṣyā hi mānada || 11 ||
