The Garga-samhita Verses 6.10.22-23, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. बाहुलेयः सभा-पूजां
अकरोद् धर्म-तत्-परः
घण्टानादः पार्श्वमौलिः
कुवेरस्य तु मन्त्रिणौ
सर्व-शस्त्र-विदां श्रेश्ठौ
दानाध्यक्शौ बभूवतुः
एवं हि विधि-वद् यज्ञो
बभूव परमोत्सवः
bāhuleyaḥ sabhā-pūjāṃ
akarod dharma-tat-paraḥ
ghaṇṭānādaḥ pārśvamauliḥ
kuverasya tu mantriṇau
sarva-śastra-vidāṃ śreśṭhau
dānādhyakśau babhūvatuḥ
evaṃ hi vidhi-vad yajño
babhūva paramotsavaḥ
bāhuleyaḥ—kārttikeya; sabhā—of the assembly; pūjām—worship; akarot—did; dharma-tat-paraḥ—pious; ghaṇṭānādaḥ—Ghantanada; pārśvamauliḥ—Parsvamauli; kuverasya—of Kuvera; tu—indeed; mantriṇau—the two ministers; sarva-śastra- vidām—of they who know all the scriptures; śreśṭhau—the best; dānādhyakśau— generous; babhūvatuḥ—were; evam—thus; hi—indeed; vidhi-vat—properly; yajñaḥ—the yajna; babhūva—was; paramotsavaḥ—a great festival.
English translation of verses 6.10.22-23:
Kārttikeya worshiped the assembly. Kuvera's two ministers, Ghaṇṭānāda and Pārśvamauli, who were very generous and most learned in the scriptures, were also there. In this way the yajña, carefully performed according to the rules and regulations, was a great and festive success.
