The Garga-samhita Verse 4.22.3, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. आच्वास्य सर्वान् भगवान् गतवान् वारुनिम् पुरिम् भस्मि-चकार सहसा पुरि-दुर्गम् हरिः स्वयम्

ācvāsya sarvān bhagavān gatavān vārunim purim bhasmi-cakāra sahasā puri-durgam hariḥ svayam

ācvāsya—comforting; sarvān—everyone; bhagavānthe Lord; gatavān—went; vārunim purim—to the city of Varuna; bhasmi-cakāraturning to ashes; sahasāat once; puri-durgam—the fortress; hariḥKrsna; svayam—Himself.

English translation of verse 4.22.3:

After reassuring everyone, Lord Krsna traveled to Varuna's city. There He quickly burned to ashes the city's outer walls.
