विमलस्य महा-यज्ञे
वेद-ध्वनि-समाकुले
स-दूतः कृष्ण आकाशात्
सहसावततार ह

vimalasya mahā-yajñe
veda-dhvani-samākule
sa-dūtaḥ kṛṣṇa ākāśāt
sahasāvatatāra ha

vimalasya—of King Vimala; mahā-yajñe—in a great yajna; veda-dhvani-samākule—filled with the sounds of the Vedas; sa-dūtaḥ—with the messenger; kṛṣṇaḥLord Kṛṣṇa; ākāśāt—from the sky; sahasāsuddenly; avatatāra—descended; ha—certainly.

English translation of verse 4.7.14:

As King Vimala was performing a great yajña filled with the sounds of the Vedas, Lord Kṛṣṇa and the messenger suddenly descended from the sky.
