The Garga-samhita Verse 4.3.2, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 4 of Chapter 3 (The Story of the Mithila Women) of Canto 4 (madhurya-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

श्री-रामस्य वराज् जाता
नव-नन्द-गृहेषु याः
कामनीयं नन्द-सूनुं
दृष्ट्वा ता मोहम् आस्थिताः

śrī-rāmasya varāj jātā
nava-nanda-gṛheṣu yāḥ
kāmanīyaṃ nanda-sūnuṃ
dṛṣṭvā tā moham āsthitāḥ

śrī-rāmasya—of Lord Rāmacandra; varāt—from the blessing; jātāborn; nava-nanda-gṛheṣuin the homes of the nine Nandas; yāḥ—who; kāmanīyam—handsome; nanda-sūnum—the son of Nanda; dṛṣṭvāseeing; tā—they; moham—enchantment; āsthitāḥ—attained.

English translation of verse 4.3.2:

Because of Lord Rāmacandra's benediction they took birth in the homes of the nine Nandas. When they saw handsome Kṛṣṇa, they became bewildered with love for Him.
