अयं बिभ्रद् गिरि-वरं
कमलं गज-राड् इव
उच्छिलीन्ध्रं यथा बालो
हस्तेनैकेन लीलया

ayaṃ bibhrad giri-varaṃ
kamalaṃ gaja-rāḍ iva
ucchilīndhraṃ yathā bālo
hastenaikena līlayā

ayamHe; bibhrat—holding; giri-varamthe greatest of mountains; kamalam—a lotus flower; gaja-rāḍ—the king of elephants; iva—like; ucchilīndhram—a mushroom; yathā—as; bālaḥ—a boy; hastena ekena—with one hand; līlayā—playfully.

English translation of verse 3.5.4:

With one hand He playfully held up the greatest of mountains as an elephant holds up a lotus flower or a child holds up a mushroom.
