क्व सप्त-हायनो बालः
क्वाद्रि-राजस्य धारणम्
तेन नो जायते शङ्का
तव पुत्रे महा-बले

kva sapta-hāyano bālaḥ
kvādri-rājasya dhāraṇam
tena no jāyate śaṅkā
tava putre mahā-bale

kva—where; sapta-hāyanaḥseven years old; bālaḥboy; kva—where?; adri-rājasya—the king of mountains; dhāraṇam—holding; tena—by that; naḥ—of us; jāyate—is born; śaṅkādoubt; tava—of you; putre—in the son; mahā-balevery powerful.

English translation of verse 3.5.3:

What is the strength of a seven-year-old boy? How strong must one be to lift Govardhana Hill, the king of mountains? We have begun to doubt the identity of your unnaturally strong boy.
