The Garga-samhita Verse 2.16.10, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 16 (The Worship of Tulasi) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

तुलसी-काननं राधे
गृहे यस्यावतिष्ठति
तद्-गृहं तीर्थ-रूपं हि
न यान्ति यम-किङ्कराः

tulasī-kānanaṃ rādhe
gṛhe yasyāvatiṣṭhati
tad-gṛhaṃ tīrtha-rūpaṃ hi
na yānti yama-kiṅkarāḥ

tulasīof Tulasī; kānanam—a forest; rādhe—O Rādhā; gṛhe—in the home; yasya—of whom; avatiṣṭhati—stays; tad-gṛham—that home; tīrthaof a pilgrimage place; rūpam—teh form; hi—not; na—indeed; yānti—go; yamaof Yamarāja; kiṅkarāḥ—the servants.

English translation of verse 2.16.10:

A home in the midst of a Tulasī forest is a sacred pilgrimage place. Yamarāja's servants will never enter that home.
