The Garga-samhita Verse 2.6.22, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 6 (The Liberation of Aghasura) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

बकासुरश् च मे बालं
तीक्ष्ण-तुण्डो ऽग्रसद् बली
तस्मान् मुक्तं तु जग्राहार्-
भकैर् दिनम् अघासुरः

bakāsuraś ca me bālaṃ
tīkṣṇa-tuṇḍo 'grasad balī
tasmān muktaṃ tu jagrāhār-
bhakair dinam aghāsuraḥ

bakāsuraḥBakasura; ca—and; me—my; bālam—boy; tīkṣṇa-tuṇḍaḥa sharp beak; agrasat—swallowed; balīpowerful; tasmān—from that; muktam—rescued; tu—indeed; jagrāha—grabbed; arbhakaiḥ—with the boys; dinam—one day; aghāsuraḥAghāsura.

English translation of verse 2.6.22:

Powerful and sharp-beaked Bakāsura swallowed my boy. Somehow He was rescued. Another day Aghāsura swallowed my boy and all the other boys.
