The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.6.143, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 143 of Antya-khanda chapter 6—“The Glories of Shri Nityananda Prabhu”.

শ্রী-কৃষ্ণ-চৈতন্য-নিত্যানন্দ-চান্দ জান বৃন্দাবনদাস তছু পদ-যুগে গান ॥ ১৪৩ ॥

श्री-कृष्ण-चैतन्य-नित्यानन्द-चान्द जान वृन्दावनदास तछु पद-युगे गान ॥ १४३ ॥

śrī-kṛṣṇa-caitanya-nityānanda-cānda jāna vṛndāvanadāsa tachu pada-yuge gāna || 143 ||

sri-krsna-caitanya-nityananda-canda jana vrndavanadasa tachu pada-yuge gana (143)

English translation:

(143) Accepting Śrī Caitanya and Nityānanda Prabhu as my life and soul, I, Vṛndāvana dāsa, sing the glories of Their lotus feet.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

Thus ends the English translation of the Gauḍīya-bhāṣya of Śrī Caitanya- bhāgavata, Antya-khaṇḍa, Chapter Six, entitled “The Glories of Śrī Nityānanda.”
