Sarvavastu (सर्ववस्तु) refers to “all living beings” [?], according to the Netratantra of Kṣemarāja: a Śaiva text from the 9th century in which Śiva (Bhairava) teaches Pārvatī topics such as metaphysics, cosmology, and soteriology.—Accordingly, [verse 21.2-5]—“[...] An action of [one who is] bodiless cannot be seen, O Parameśvara. When having a body [results in a condition] in all living beings (sarvavastu—śarīriṇo yato ... sarvavastuṣu) of [being] bound, how does the agency of the bound [individual] contradict those agents [who are] devoid of power? Thus, [because] mantras consist of the nature of Śiva, how do they actually accomplish [anything]?”.

Sarvavastu (सर्ववस्तु) refers to “all the things (one desires)”, according to the Śrīmatottara-tantra, an expansion of the Kubjikāmatatantra: the earliest popular and most authoritative Tantra of the Kubjikā cult.—Accordingly, [while describing the visualized form of Navātman Bhairava]: “[...] He who practices the Navātmānanda Bhairava, in this way quickly attains success. O fair lady, it is the means to attain all the things (sarvavastu) (one) desires. He who has Navātman in (his) heart holds success in (his) hand. O fair lady, the Krama of one who does not deposit the Vaḍava Fire of Navātman is empty; (his) effort, O goddess, is useless. He is not liberated (and is like) those who are sunk in sinful action. O mistress of the God of the gods, he sinks into the ocean of transmigration which is hard to cross. [...]”.

Sarvavastu (सर्ववस्तु) refers to “all the sense objects”, according to the Jayottaratantra (verse 9.30-32ab) states.—Accordingly, “[The Yogin] should always withdraw the mind that is distracted by all sense objects (sarvavastu). The mind that goes everywhere, all the time, should be regarded as Tamasic. After that, the [mind] which comes and goes from the practice [of meditation], is known as Rajasic. The [mind] which is fixed to the sphere of the meditation object is said to be Sattvic. And after that, the absorbed [mind] is known as beyond the Guṇas, O Tapodhana”.

Sarvavastu (सर्ववस्तु) refers to “all things”, according to the 10th-century Ḍākārṇava-tantra: one of the last Tibetan Tantric scriptures belonging to the Buddhist Saṃvara tradition consisting of 51 chapters.—Accordingly: “[...] [By means of things of the nature of] the great pleasure and so on, divine, and described in detail (or disapproved) by all Buddhas, oblation of the nature of the triple world is [to be made], by means of all things (sarvavastu) [as much as] possible. Gaurī and the other [goddesses] reside in the six realms [of reincarnation] and are goddesses of the Form, Formless, and the other (viz., Desire) [Realms]. [These goddesses] make offerings to the whole circle naturally [inclusive] of all things. [...]”.
