The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 3.1.32; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

एषां निरभिमानानां शरीरादिषु योगिनाम् ।
सात्त्विकास् तु ज्वलन्त्य् एव न तु दीप्ता भवन्त्य् अमी ॥३.१.३२॥

eṣāṃ nirabhimānānāṃ śarīrādiṣu yoginām |
sāttvikās tu jvalanty eva na tu dīptā bhavanty amī ||3.1.32||

English translation

“In the bodies of the yogīs devoid of false ego, the sāttvika-bhāvas manifest as jvalita, but not dīpta.” [see BRS 2.3.73-78]
