The Shiva-purana verse 7.16.19 (Sanskrit text), including grammatical analysis, glossary and relevant print editions. The Shivapurana is a one of the eighteen Major Puranas detailing religious worship of Shiva, also known as Shaivism. The book contains 24,000 verses although it is said to be an abridged form and originally consisted of 100,000 verses.
