Rig Veda 8.65.11

स॒हस्रे॒ पृष॑तीना॒मधि॑ श्च॒न्द्रं बृ॒हत्पृ॒थु । शु॒क्रं हिर॑ण्य॒मा द॑दे ॥
सहस्रे पृषतीनामधि श्चन्द्रं बृहत्पृथु । शुक्रं हिरण्यमा ददे ॥
sahasre pṛṣatīnām adhi ścandram bṛhat pṛthu | śukraṃ hiraṇyam ā dade ||

English translation:

“Upon a thousand cows I obtain gold, abundant, delightful, wide-spread, and pure.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Upon a thousandcows I obtain gold: as if the cows came as it were laden with gold from Indra
